Growth
Early assumptions
At first, I assumed audience growth came from posting more, posting smarter, or finding the right format. I tried different schedules, hooks, and content styles, hoping something would click.
Some things worked briefly. Nothing lasted.
What changed
Growth became more consistent once I stopped chasing tactics and focused on clarity. Writing from real work, sharing decisions in context, and explaining why things worked created trust over time.
People didn’t follow for volume. They followed for relevance.
What stayed effective
The biggest driver wasn’t reach, but usefulness. When content reflected real experience and current work, growth followed naturally—slowly, but predictably.
That pattern hasn’t changed since.
